Felony & being on Parole automatically mean no job?

Why does everyone think small mom and pop shops will hire anyone breathing? If anything, the opposite is true. Mega fleets are self-insured, hence more willing to work with people who have questionable backrounds. Smaller fleets are much harder to get on board with, and for a reason. One or 2 wrecks in a small fleet will give them a high CSA. Small fleets cannot afford that kind of liability.
