FET (tax) when buying a brand new truck

If anyone out there has bought a new truck, I’ve been wondering if the 12% FET tax is rolled into the loan or do you have to pay that with your down payment?

Yup. Just added to purchase price, most dealerships advertise them including FET, but it's always good to ask.

It depends. I had to put 12 k down on a newer used truck. I have 798 credit score. It depends what the seller/lender is willing to do.
