Incompetent, disorganized, no personal touch, no communication, questions and issues unresolved. If you don't hang your dirty laundry in public, another driver will come behind you and put on the same dirty clothes thinking they're clean and pressed.

Leonard's Express: applied Monday, they responded Wednesday saying they'll run my reports and get back to me Friday. Messaged me Friday saying they'll have to get back to me Monday. Did not get back to me Monday. I left a voice mail. Did not respond on Tuesday. So both days I called once morning and afternoon, in case the recruiter was unavailable. Each time sent to voicemail. Wednesday I finally called the operator to confirm if my application is actually getting processed, they said they'll make sure to get the recruiter on the line. Did not get recruiter on the line. Did not call me back. At this point I'm just wondering if they threw out my application and blocked my number lol.)

No telling what is going on with them. Recruiters have to deal with lots of applications.

Companies wanting a certificate or diploma from driving schools is normal. They need proof for insurance. This has gone on for years. I had to show proof of my school back in 96.

I ended up going with my third choice, Holland Enterprises, despite a lower CPM. They immediately got my reports in half a day, conditional offer, and set up drug and physical. (I had already talked conditions on a previous phone call so didn't need a rehash). Sure, CPM is lower, but at least the company gives me the impression of actually having a care for a system that makes sense and doesn't give the driver a runaround or ghost them when they just mean to reject. (I've been rejected from 4 companies this round of job search, every single one sent me a message very promptly, one even gave me the courtesy a direct call to inform me. Companies are able to do this! It's not hard! Just common courtesy.)

Some people just are not professional. Hopefully it was the recruiter and not the companies as a whole.

I spoke to the hr/ recruiting of one company. They said there is over 3,000 applicants so to consider myself lucky to be hired... True story
