Figuring out what company to train with HELP!

Was also strongly considering watkins shepard. Ive heard a good amount stuff about them. I also live 30 minutes away from one of there terminals.

 

You may want to start with..........

!. An accurate list of trucking companies that have a school, that recruit from your area !!!!

 

Have you checked into letting Uncle Sam pay for your schooling ??

 

Are you hireable after training ??

Do you have less than 6 convictions for DUI ???

No 1st degree murder convictions ??

Drug smuggling ??

Good work history ??

 

I did. He said no.

 

The few companiesI'm looking at are hiring in my area. Never thought about uncle sam I'm actually hong to look in to that.

No dui or dwi, no record what do ever, good work history well I only have 1 job on the books but yea everything is good in my background nothing besides a careless driving ticket 3 1/2 years ago

WIA doesn't cover CDL training in SC. At least that's what the lady at the unemployment office said.

If I can get my schooling paid for I will go that route insted of company cdl training and being locked into a contact with a company.
