Ifta auditor requires the receipt to have store name, place, date, price per gal and total gal.

    Avoid Indian reservations.....

I would not buy diesel at small gas stations. Specially when I have DD15. Don't want to get not fresh or dirty diesel ... DD15 fuel pump gets lubricated by diesel.

I drop my Trailer near the dock out of the way and get my fuel at Costco. Yes...... price difference is why I do it and i build up my rewards cards end of the year. I usually get around $800.00 a year with 2 cards back.

On a side note; i use the outside pumps and don’t inconvenience the other members while pumping fuel.

I fill up at little fuel stations all the time. Saves a lot of money. They always seems glad to sell $400 worth of fuel to me lol.

I said this on another thread, but saving $.10 a gallon saves 15 dollars on 150 gallons. A lot of times a small fuel station can be up to $.30 a gallon cheaper than Loves or other big chains which comes out to $45 savings per fill up.
Of course some gripe about No rewards or points and I just smile and say ya that's right. Have it your way. I have to pay for my own fuel tho. They can keep their "rewards."

Nobody owns diesel pickups in your area? I think they sell more diesel than gas around here. Every 2nd vehicle is a lifted Duramax, Cummins or Powerstroke lol.

As a former gas jockey the first thing you look for in a station is bent poles and scraps to tell you what to watch out for. As long as you are carful a truck with a trailer can fit in most stations.

Taxes. you might get what 50? You would take it too.

I fuel generally in Valero in this area. The independants and several others get their fuel from disputed parts of the world and have problems with theft. I only fuel maybe once or twice a year. I got 40 dollars about 5 months ago to top off, shes 1/3 and ready for another 50 or so in a 25 gallon tank. Maybe another couple of months before I go feed it depending on winter.

We have a number of older pre computer vehicles around. Many are buicks and a variety of nicer cars etc. But when we have the need there is a whole lot of trucks of all kinds in the hills. They come out to play (Help) when the time comes.
