    Depending what conditions that you operate in. For example, if your truck was a dump truck operating in dusty conditions, than once a week. If its a road truck every 6 months and change it once a year whether it needs it or not.

    I deleted one of those. Useless. I run highway miles and put a new air filter in there every 50,000 miles.

    I also use mine to make sure I don't have a vacuum leak between the air cleaner and turbo...So I don't know about useless..

    Your truck, your way of doing it, not going to tell you it's bad or wrong. I just know my truck well enough to know if I've got a boost leak somewhere and checking clamps, etc should be part of at least a weekly routine.

    That's on the other side of the turbo I'm talking about before it goes to the turbo..
    Vacuum leak..
