Finally got my own truck

Told by boss the load can’t go back to shipper. They told me to take 34 off and they will get back to me. Good!!! Locking trailer and bobtailing to the beach. Enjoy your weekend everyone and thanks. I value your opinions.

Grow some nads and take it back to the shipper.
One ####### DOT having a bad day could make your
Life miserable.
If your gonna run it make sure all your paperwork is in
Order and your truck can pass a level 3 inspection.

Your just opening the door for them to go over your
Equipment from front to back,since they already have
Parked out back while they write up your ticket.

Best thing I ever did was get away from those reefers.
One big headache after another.

Make sure you include everyone who has off tracked this thread for the last year. White Knight is far from the only one who has hijacked it.

That said...lovely thread. Quite enjoyable. Read through it all in the last two days..what can I say, I like to read, especially when it's something good.

I'll be checking back for updates, an thanks again for posting all this up. I found it quite interesting. Minus all the sub plots, like what countries classify as Eastern European, an many other. Ha!

Oh one last thing...did you ever learn to cook? Not really that hard to use a crock pot, or something similar. Doesn't take being a French trained master cook or anything.

Do you have an APU on your truck?

 

No Apu. I agreed to switch trailers with another driver 1 state away. Waited to depart today (Sunday) and YES I received a weigh station ticket leaving FL. Switched loads/trailers and I believe I made the right decision. I appreciate everyone's comments/suggestions.
In 20 years, I never faced such a situation... so thanks.

 

Husband spent his time on a beer load last night, preloaded trailer that was way overweight on the front end. It was still too heavy by and the guard got mad and gave him the number to the manager. They finally loaded it the way he told them, in in nose, then 2. Beer loads are always a pain anymore and I am so happy he doesn't get many of them.
