What should I do. I had an accident in 2022 and couldn’t get a job because the accident was too recent. I waited my time and now I can’t find a job because I have no recent experience…any suggestions?

I applied to them but haven’t got a response back. I guess I’ll apply again.

Not everyone of them but most of them. Most companies told me I need to at least have experience within the last 12 months. Some even said 90 days

Maybe try company sponsored training, like your starting over. That's not uncommon to take that route.

The accident, there is a lot of to be said about how to handle some of them, but just saying you had an accident and then asking for advice, it may not be good advice

Accident details, like were vehicles towed away, someone involved went to hospital, what ticket were you issued, etc. We don't need the whole gory story and your extended explanation which blames anyone else.
