If we don't have any driver apps on file we park a tractor out by the highway with a driver wanted sign in the windshield.
We have some empty trucks at our Oklahoma City facility, but I would much rather live/work in the Portland area rather then Okla. We haul concrete pipe on flats, mostly home nights.
