Fairly new to the industry and want to make sure I am following the right processes and avenues to find a reliable and honest individual I can trust as they will be an intricate part of my business being successful. Any advice would be very much appreciated.

The right driver will come to the right company. If the pay, equipment, lack of bs, and everything else is in order the right drivers will show up.

What is your setup now? Is your company already going and you have some trucks and some drivers that seem to constantly screw up? Is this part of a plan in starting a company in the future?

Evidently today's perfect driver is one who will work for a daily trip to the all you can eat buffet. Never ##### even after spending hours at docks with no compensation for detention. And most importantly drive around at 57 mph and save the man some fuel money.
