Fines for not having pre-employment drug testing and randoms

What was the fine for not testing drivers?

 

3000 dollars and a conditional rating is what it cost me a few yrs back.

 

When I did my new entrant audit 10 years back it was a stern talking to..... and corrected it post haste. But I was the only driver.

 

Ok but as a driver i wouldnt get in trouble would i for working at a company that didn't drug test?

50K per day for each day each one worked worked, non negotiable....

 

Correct. It's a carrier requirement, not a driver requirement.

 

I thought it was a $2000 fine.
Someone else got hit for $3000.
