Ohio is where I live the company that said I hit there guard rail if in Huntington West Virginia I was fired for company policy of not reporting an accident. The unemployment denied me twice saying they sided with the employer so its up to me to prove I didnt know I hit it. They think I knew I hit it and didn't report it due to the samsara cam showing my truck shaking from the drop off they say it was shaking due to hitting it.

    Did you apply with Trillium?
Did any of those companies you applied with give a reason for not hiring you?
What's the nearest town to you?

I checked it out a little but nothing was really close enough. One of them said that somone from a different terminal was going to transfer so they had to give him the open position and the other company said things were slowing down and that they were going to hold off for now

Which town are you in or near in Ohio?
Dozens of companies in Ohio to apply with and many more headquartered in other states will hire you for OTR.

    Man, that’s dirty.
Seven years running clean, never late, never slacking, and they toss you over a bent rail and a blurry pic? No damage, no proof, and they still cut you loose and block your unemployment? Sounds like they’re just covering their own tail and leaving you to eat it.

Hope that lawyer puts the hammer down. You did right, and they know it.

I was fired for something I didn't do. Unemployment office said because I was fired, can't get unemployment. So, I had another job within 24 hours.

I believe you. I had to bypass a washed out bridge and detoured down a gravel road. I caught a tree with the trailer and bent the front of it. I never realized at the time I had done any damage was far too concerned about all the traffic and getting down the tight road. Later one of the other drivers noticed it and told the boss. He was totally cool about it. Said accidents happen and he never said another word about it. You need a better company than that.

In what world do you not get unemployment because you're fired? The only time you're supposed to not get unemployment is if you quit voluntarily.
