You have the same rights to dispute entries & submit a brief statement for your Hire Right / DAC report as you do for a credit bureaus. EXACT same law covers both.

Friend of mine got hired with zero driving experience by a heavy haul oversize company that put you with a trainer for 9 MONTHS .
nextgentrucker Thanks this. -
You can try pride transport. But with your location they would want you stay out five weeks and then they fly you home for a week of home time and then they fly you back to SLC. Not for everyone but I’ve met a driver from Alabama that does it and loves it. 57 cpm to startjaws2003 and nextgentrucker Thank this.

@Chinatown and everyone. I just got a copy back of my DAC report from Hire Right and it shows where people have requested my report but under the employment section it shows nothing at all. It doesn't even show when I worked for US Xpress. Only the DAC report requests to view my report. Same with Cypress. When I tried to apply to Swift They used Driver IQ and it showed where I worked for US Xpress. Cypress wasn't on there. How long do companies have to place your information on these reports? Also I had an interview on Friday with a company called Central Transport. It's a local position where I can be home each day and it's LTL. Hopefully they take me because it seems like a good deal. Then this Thursday I have an interview with May Trucking Company.

Well generally companies will report work history within a week or two of your departure, but I'm not sure if there is a specific time limit for them to report.. Some companies don't use these third party consumer reporting agencies. I actually don't care for them myself.. I'd say a blank report is a good report. Good luck with your job search.Albertaflatbed, jaws2003 and nextgentrucker Thank this.
