Not jaded at all. Your making statements about a job that are best case scenario. How about you run a truck far at least a couple of years before you go and tell people that they are going to make 83k with you.

I sincerely hope that you do well and provide a good job for a capable driver.

Yeah I guess buying my first Trucking 2005 hasn't been enough experience in what it takes. Thankfully you are there to show me the error of my ways.

Jeez, I didn't know Swift, JB Hunt, Werner, and CRST are paying that much now! If $1600/week for a rookie is ok money, then what is good for an experienced driver?

Everyone wants to beach & complain about pay and such. Tell me where these awesome jobs making $100,000 plus/year are!

    Well........... We're waaaaaaiiiiiiting!

Depends on what the driver wants. The guy that I let go was on 1099. The guy from New York is on W-2. It makes no difference to me it's whatever they are comfortable with.

Ok, it wasn't you a couple months back trying to trade me a camp trailer for your FIRST flatbed?

    My mistake.

Forgot the holiday and breakdown pay too :(
Would you offer me to fly me home for my birthday because something went wrong and I could not be home on time?
Would you offer me to fly me home or rent me a car because you have no load home and I would miss my important doctors appointment?
Would you pay me a car rental and fuel for going home a week due to a breakdown AND pay me breakdown pay even I was sitting at home for a week?
