That's funny because there are people here in the DB gang that know exactly what happened with you Robert..... isn't this your third lease purchase that you failed at !!!!!
Dave and Dan are very honest people you knew what you were getting into when you signed you were to block headed to let them fix anything which they offered to fix everything on your truck...... so stop blaming everybody else should look in the mirror bud .
Go ahead run your mouth on this page but we know the truth 10-4 roll on

Robert I do know you from the group... and I do know the real story behind what happened with you
...... you should not run your mouth on here you've been through 3 lease purchases before and failed at all of them...... DB kustoms didn't do you wrong...... you are too blockheaded to you and let them fix anything on your truck which they said they would warranty the only person you can blame is yourself 10-4 Roll Along....... -
I live in Maine and am going to apply to db kustoms , I was wondering if I would be dispatched out of NY area? And how the freight might be? I have met a QC guy don't think he was with db kustoms but he hauled phenolics from Canada and empty back.

Sure would like some more info,I live close to the Morrow,Ga terminal and thinking about going with DB. What should I look for? Is there good loads out of this Ararat? Thanks.

Lease perch is a awful way of being a owner Operator.. and being a true owner operator at a company that offer such a program and have company trucks is just about the same. I say being a success has little to do with ones know how in this business. If dispatchers work together to make you fail and you can't move the Truck. Well you will lose all what you put in. Work harder just to die faster? Lease purchases are for people who have a nice savings... to help them because often times you won't get paid.....

Soooo, how's these DB Kustoms lease operators doing with QC? Any updates, I'm getting ready for training Monday, should I bother?
-
I'm still here.... If I told you Yes come would you still make the decision to join the group? If I told you No would you join. Every person will have a different experience here at QC. If you decide not to because of one person or what you have heard bad then what would you gain.. in the back of your mind you'll still wonder what if... I'll will tell you try and see what QC has to offer. Whether it works or not you tried and you know for yourself. If it's not for you then you go on to the next company... As you know there's no perfect company...Rix43, slim shady and blade Thank this.

I don't think the reward is worth the risk with DB personally. I was just the down payment away from getting a truck thru them, but while I was deciding I reached out to at least 5-6 different drivers already leased on and in DB's program. They all say it started well in the beginning, but surely but slowly every one of them returned the truck to DB*(there may one on a dedicated that didn't?)......now I'm not a gambling man, but I would bet that it's no coincidence that all of them would not be successful in the program!!! Just my two cents.....

You're right I see a lot of the negativity about leasing on with DB and how even quality carrier's for that matter but from what everyone does say that if you stuck with a company owned terminal you should be able to make out no problem DB wants me to go up to Albany New York what is a company-owned terminal so there's a better chance of meeting then going out to some other affiliate that sucks but again there's no guarantees in this industry have been doing it for nearly 20 years I know that. And everyone said don't do it I still want to do it I'm just hard headed like that I want to prove everybody wrong even though obviously it's been proved over and over again that it may not be a successful lease purchase program but then again there's gotta be at least one or two of them out there doing good maybe I can start to bring up the odds

I'm also very picky on his truck out yet I love the specs of the Intimidator truck the pre-admission cat 625 horsepower with an 18-speed in a big sleeper you really can't go wrong there. As long as it was maintained or rebuilt properly if it was rebuilt I don't know. I don't wish bad on anybody but I would love to be reseated in that truck at least my down payment will be only 3 Grand not 5 lol
