I hope her husband is not wanting to retire at CRE. He should get his one or two years in, and then there should be better doors open for him with the chance to make some pretty good money.
AfterShock Thanks this. -
Well I guess it might be a bad idea to even get on here then and see how this goes for ourselves and just take what I've read with a grain of salt.

The first year will be hard on him. It is on every new driver at every company - remember, 80% or more of new drivers don't make it the full year - so if he goes into it knowing that, sticks to the business of learning the business (and fulfilling his childhood dream), keeps his mind open and mouth shut, and does NOT listen to every other trucker bad-mouth the company, he'll learn enough to pay the mortgage and support his family. After one full year, he will know enough either to move on or up. It will be hard to do but worth it.Last edited: Dec 28, 2011
Trints70 Thanks this. -
CRE DM's can be annoying. I asked for 4 days of hometime but my DM keeps giving me local work. She said as long as I am home at night it counts as hometime. Why do people confuse kindness with weakness?
