That would explain some things.....Hmmmmmmm...............

 

I've put my lumps in listening to the wisecracks about Swift. I can generally tolerate it from guys like BW9, Redd and Tarps. I know that in my case it's pretty much all in fun. I do tend to get a little sensitive to negative commentary about my business arrangement, but I guess each of us has our soft spots. It's guys like them who taught me the road smarts I didn't get from Swift. And yes, I do feel like I learned a lot from Swifties. But I wasn't talking to rookies either.

The folks I tend to pull a real attitude with are those who set out to be malicious, those with little to no experience in transportation and those who are simply jumping on a band wagon. I don't mind negative input as long as it's valid. If I'm $&#%ing up, I want to know about it. Just don't tell me I'm $&#%ing up just because of what you see on my wagon. And if you don't have enough road time or time in life to know who to dislike beyond what Daddy told you, stay off my case.

But BW9, Redd, OHTW and Tarps (among others) can try to yank my chain any time they want. I'll let them know when I've had enough. Thing is, they might have a little fun with it, but there's almost always good information attached. Like any bunch of yay-hoos, you have to know how to evade the fun and games...or BS, depending on how you look at it. Thus far in my associations, I haven't come out smelling like a barnyard, so they must be telling me some good information.
