Ok I just finished orientation last Wednesday and I looked at my statement today, the first day its been available. Does orientation pay not show up on your first statement. Its showing 0 pay and -$35.00 for the boots we got in orientation. Did any else have this issue or does orientation pay not get on the first check?

Ask your DM and file up with payroll on Monday is my best advice.

Wish I could remember. Went to truck school in 98. It seems like we didnt even get paid for orientation. Maybe they've changed it.I do remember howmuch I had on my Comcheck card however after 32 days on the road. $238.

on our settlements it can be up to the wednesday before the pay check to have all loads on that settlement. You should see it on Monday or Tuesday. By Wednesday evening/night , you can click the ADP link on the right hand side bottom of the left column of the main crossroads page to take you to an image of the actual stub on ADP's site.

I see your exp level is 2 years? Did you come in as exp driver? Pay might be different for exp drivers coming aboard. Someone with THAT exp will have to chime in. But what I posted above holds true regardless.

Not long after I hired in they changed up orientation process, but then I was a new driver inexp.

The orientation pay for experienced is 80 dollars a day times 3 days so $240. They make you wear boots they are picky about them too. Have to say oil resistant AND slip resistant on the bottom. A few guys bought some that were upper leather and slip resist bottom and they didn't accept them, so they make you get their boots for $35 and they take it out of your first pay.
