    Hi guys. Passed today. Didn't trifecta since I had issue with air brakes. I was wondering since its Monday and I get 75 for passing. When do I get the 600? Trainer said next Friday but not this one I will get the 75 and today's and tomorrow's. is he correct?

    WHAT ? You expect pay ? What are they teaching the new breed in school ? Surely the simple pleasure of being a CDL holder should be reward enough for the many, many hours you toiled and worked. We drivers before you have learned to not expect much in the way of pay.
    For a truck driver to receive just compensation for his many hours of labor is simply absurd. Just think of all the pleasures awaiting you when you finally become a genuine long haul trucker. The experiences you will have far away any money you might earn.



    Really, I congratulate you.Keep on trying, and hope your $$$$ comes through quickly.

    When I was instructing, if a student got his CDL on a Monday, the first paycheck would come the NEXT Friday, with 8 days of guarantee pay on it.

    Yep, talked to Steve and that's what he said. Oh we'll. I still have money from home and some from the loan. 150 plus what I get for passing and Monday/Tuesday pay should last me till next Friday. At old job 100 did for 2 weeks
