The price is too high..... that's my humble opinion...
Ruthless Thanks this. -
Reeferman, maybe someone else will chime in, but I think that's way high. Have you tried OOIDA? At the moment I cant remember what I paid at Landstar, but I think it was close to $20 a week
Dave_in_AZ and REEFERman450 Thank this. -
I pay $240/Mo. For bobtail, trailer, and collision.
Dave_in_AZ Thanks this. -
Non Trucking Liability....its different than Bobtail insurance.

Non-Trucking Liability. ... When you use your truck for non-business purposes, you need insurance coverage. Non-Trucking Liability offers liability coverage for property damage or bodily injury to a third party when trucks are being used for non-business purposes.
i redact my first post. thats a lotta money for non business liability.REEFERman450 Thanks this. -
I am way confused. What good is this insurance? Is this unladen liability? Mine is $19.45 week if that's what this is.

That quote is crazy high. If your truck is less than 15 years old try true north, otherwise 1st guard, or great west. Non trucking liability and PD (which are not bobtail insurance ... but bobtail basically includes these things) depending on how new your truck is should be 250 a month or less. A buddy of mine has 1st Guard and I think he pays around 150 for NTL and PD on a truck worth 40k.
