Not only that, WildTxn, but tell me how no one see's the added pollution by increasing the production capacity of the plants that have to make urea, and the plastic plants that make all the jugs and barrels and totes THAT END UP IN THE GARBAGE and ditches all along the road ways.
No pollution there????
What about all the throw away parts on these new engines that are constantly failing?
Where does all the pollution go when all these DPF's are getting cleaned in those machines that cook them???
I don't understand how people think.
I watch my dash computer every time I do a parked regen (which is about every second night in the winter.) It used 4 gallons of fuel each time. To sit and do nothing but burn fuel.Oxbow, WhiteRam and StrokerTSi Thank this. -
If it’s any consolation, I’ll be 29 in a month lol

What we're seeing is not a gradual rise. It's a very steep one and not slowing down. But hey, the research shows there's a 5% possibility that humans aren't responsible, so aside from the 95% likelyhood against you you've got it right.

Lol...

I know it goes against your scientific instinct as a truck driver, but this ####s as real as can be.StrokerTSi Thanks this.

Lol the brainwashing of America to support political b/s. More years as a mechanic having to think for my self then driving a truck, sorry.spyder7723 Thanks this.

No point in arguing because you can never put common sense in all these environMENTALists.
There's no doubt us humans are doing the world no good, but why not clean up the gross polluters instead of crippling the diesel industry and putting small businessmen bankrupt.
Come to my town and see what the steel mill deposits on your house over night. It's pretty bad when even the inside of you house and garage is black. I had to move out of town.
Or check out all the trains and ships spewing clouds of black smoke. -
Because the transportation industry IS a big polluter. They're focusing on all of them, so don't think we're some small fish and the EPA has only one thing to do at once.
Yes, working on trucks is a very rigorous scientific pursuit.
