And I'm sure your right. Man makes less pollution than he did in the 1920s, yet you claim the world is doomed very soon.

Doesn't seem to be enough scientific data on either side to prove how climate actually changes over time. They can't even get weather forecast for the next day correct. Just all guesses and opinions. Think we are going to have to agree to disagree on this one.

 

There's a difference between predicting how all wind, temperatures, and humidities will act across the globe. It's much easier to take measurements of temperatures across the globe, and measurements of CO2 concentrations. You take those and it's beyond obvious that we've been overwhelming the Earth's natural processes of taking CO2 out of the atmosphere, and that CO2 is a green house gas that has been overcoming the reduced output from the sun causing real, measurable temperature rise.

Water vapor is far greater greenhouse gas than CO2. With your logic we should ban water? Have to look at all factors, not just the CO2 theory. Blaming man is just a way to try to redistribute wealth.

 

One thing that tends to he overlooked is the heat island effect and the way it effects the overall temperature

Cities are warmer than rural areas
You've got all all the pavement (doesn't allow the ground to absorb the heat from the sun) and all the lights (constantly giving off heat)
Just look at some statewide temp maps metro areas are 1-2 degrees warmer

They tend to overlook this because they like their paved and well lit bike trails, sidewalks and streets. But since big bad tractor trailers scare them when they're driving their Prius's and riding their bikes they try to regulate us out of existence

 

Oh, right. That heat island effect in the middle of the ocean on buoys. All of this "obvious" stuff has already been accounted for. The warmer the planet, the more water can be absorbed by the air. It's an additional effect that has been in the models forever.
