The axles and trans, are all rebuilt by other than Fitzgerald and have national warranty. I think you can opt to put your own used trans, axles, and engine in but not sure.snowman_w900 and Steel Dragon Thank this.

I heard some people had bad luck with them.My old company bought 5 and had hardly any issues besides the injector and two bad jake solenoids.Steel Dragon Thanks this.

My 12.7 had a lifetime avg of 7.4 pretty good for a truck I bought for 8000 put 700000 miles on and sold for 6500 the guy I sold it to put a six pack and a fan hub on it ran it open deck pa to or averaged over 7mpg for two years and regretted every day that he traded it in for a newer truckOldironfan Thanks this.
