fixin to start c1 driving school in ft worth

That one poster is correct. I went there. I had to go back after 10 years of not driving. It is a dust bowl. Old equipment. The yard tractors do not have A/C. So be ready to sweat. The yard is extremely small. Not much room for maneuvering. The road trucks aren't that bad. I would look around. I don't know who's better. But USA Truck SUX. See if Swift is better.

 

Smart move! There's a Motel 6 right up the road. lots of kids there on Monday mornings... by Friday, one or 2 cars...

I expect to find myself in Ft. Worth this Monday or the Monday after. I've heard the school is crap, but I plan to make the most of it. If I had $4k in my pocket or a way to borrow it, I'd go with a local outfit, but I don't so... Ft. Worth here I come.

 

I called USA to find out what they pay...I already have a cdl...apparently I asked to many questions and the woman hung up on me...any company that's to busy to ansewer general questions is to busy to take care of drivers...

 

Yip. Time to move on.
