    i recently bought a 2000 International 4900 DT466E and I just noticed the turn signals & flashers don't work. Checked all fuses and are ok. Can't locate the flasher. It's not by fuse panel, any suggestions

    Is the flasher just missing? Is the spot empty? Should be far right on the top row of relays.
