I start orientation with McElroy on the 27th at the Ennis, Tx terminal; I really like how that schedule is setup... sounds more consistent. Not expecting perfection, but that just seems more organized in my opinion.

Pandemic Thanks this. -
Melton Truck Lines. I live in NC. We run the entire US and Canada. Never have had any trouble getting back home. We also have freight in Charlotte. I have picked up there a few times so you should have no trouble getting back. The pay is pretty good, the DMs are awesome and the trucks are good.

Sent you a message Marklee.

I do like the Kenworths that Melton has. I like the Macks that BTC has more though. Its just a very powerfull truck man.

Idk what btc has for engine/tranny, but seems Melton is about a 425/450 with a 10 speed? I just really don't like 10 speeds for flatbedding. Especially with low power I guess. Just seems weird to me, plus that extra half gear in the mountains really helps.

Anymore suggestions for flatbed companies that hire from NC?

Honestly try Howard. Other than their trucks being automatics they are awesome!
