What's Melton's hometime policy?

I was thinking about Maverick but the automatics scare me. Just learned how to shift a 10 speed after a year on an automatic I'd be screwed.

Also so for the McElroy people how was orientation. I read that if you mess up on your 90 or offset they send you home.
