Flatbed rates i was quoted today

Me, well I want to buy my own trl. again, but nervous about the market..
Will not be another big trl. Just a stretch 3 or 3 +1
My last place I was at is telling some of their guys it might be May before things get going..
Still too many players thinking they can run bigger lds. for nothing.
I know you look at the boards often. See some of the stupid rates they are posting..
If I can get out of driving and do training or something like that I would..
The market will come around, but I'm not sure when though.

 

Heck I'll pay them to send you into a jobsite with a muddy haul road for 20 miles.

I need to get it all cleaned up, but this weather has not helped.

This week was a ccluster for me. Started good then went downhill late Thurs. night early Fri. morning with my air system freezing up..

 

No idea yet, will find out in the am. I have to be off this weekend to do the army thing so I'm guessing short stuff this week.

Landstar Trailer girl called me up last week and asked if I'd be interested in renting an extendable RGN. They have several sitting at the Fontaine plant ready to be picked up I guess. I seem a few of them in the last 2 weeks and they look nice. Shinny blue to match my truck and 3 axles on the back.... Too bad they are mechanical detach.
