Hey drivers I’m currently flat bedding for Tmc.I am currently on percentage pay and I do like it.Especially because I run north east a lot so it usually works out in my favor. But I am thinking about switching companies and most companies pay cents per mile. The way I’m set up right now i usually pick up and deliver in the same day.My miles usually are 2500 or less.Is it the same for you guys or do you pick up and run for two or three days before you deliver and what kind of miles are you getting?Any responses will be appreciated thanks in advance

There’s a million different responses to this. When you pickup and deliver is based on what company you want to work for usually do, and where. You would need to ask specifically about the company you want to go to.
For example, I worked for a small company hauling from Laredo to the northeast. 1800-2200 mile loads and back again. Very different than other companies that run spot market, or certain regions.kylefitzy Thanks this. -
I can recommend Kivi Bros Trucking. Headquartered out of Duluth,MN, small terminals in Blaine,MN and Harrisburg,KY. Company driver percentage pay, open deck, flat, and Stepdeck and Conestogas, Heavy Haul division. Been here 9 months and it's the best trucking job I have found. If you have 2 years driving experience and interested, I can answer some questions.
D.Tibbitt and Landincoldfire Thank this. -

Sure, anything you want to know go ahead. There is a great link already going by Winnyf1, search Kivi Bros and it will pop up. Alot of info in that one already.
