ok.....I have decided i want to do flatbedding.

do you guys have any trucks that you would suggest for flatbedding?

would a pete 387 be a good choice?
    how about a 386?

    thanks,

Just about anything with a sleeper on it will work. Around here the answer your gonna get is a pete or KW.

Most flatbed companies give you a smaller truck...one without a condo...so you have a lower height on the tractor...so instead of you needing 13'6''...you might be able to get up under something 10''...=)...depending if you loaded or not...but...to me...the best looking truck...is the Volvo...the best inside i seen...is the peterbilts...

In flatbedding I would stay away from condo's. I'd get a flat top or mid roof sleeper for height reasons cause some shippers and receivers have low clearances.

I would go with the 386 Pete for weight reasons. The 387 is too heavy for flatbed work, which is why TMC Transport is phasing out the 387 from their fleet.
