My problem with United Road wasnt actually with United Road. I had a dispatcher in Fontana,CA that wanted a kickback under the table or he wouldnt answer his phone. The other dispatchers got tired of his trucks complaining and wouldnt dispatch for him so I sat alot

Does anyone have a current list of terminals that FleetCar operates out of?

I know about the one in Commerce City, CO.

If you go to their website, it should provide your answer. Carhaul, especially New vehicles is a bit nomadic. What I mean is that the vehicles move out of select places, ie: Plant sites, railhead, port. One company loses the business and another moves in. Or a railroad loses the business and the terminal/ramp goes to another site. When I was with Hadley in Phoenix, in 16 years we moved 3 times to different parts of town moving the Ford traffic.

I have the same question, about Fleet Car carriers, after reading the threads, now know it is O/O and I have met a driver, and will be talking more about the opportunity, and maybe leasing on with him. Out of Youngstown, Ohio terminal. Don't know much yet, but have hauled everything there is, except cars on a carrier. Did a lot of transport with military vehicles and equipment, so heights are no problem. Would like to know more about the company, and how people view them. Dispatchers are important to your livelihood, too. I also was (gulp) a dispatcher, too once for about 4 months, the oil and gas company needed one temporarily, so i did "cross the line" once, and know how the dispatch world does work, and have been in supervisory positions in working with military. Been a driver for 19 years now, have a good 10-15 years left in me.
And the last months auto production figures shows more than a million autos produced last month. I guess hasn't been this for quite some time, maybe since 2007. So maybe good times are very slowly coming back again for US. Would love to hear about this company and the others out there too.
