I’d love to have a KW old enough it has the round head lights. Whenever you rarely see those going down the road they look so freakin sweet. Hell I may head to the shipper like I got a load to pick, then just mosey in, circle around, and head back to the yard! lmao. :D

The best steady real estate profits for us have been purchasing mortgages. We loan on mobile homes that get set up in adult parks. The developer does all the work, makes the loan and we then purchase from him at a discount. He makes a profit selling the unit and fills his spots. Loans are usually 40-60k. They must put at least 15% down. Interest rates are 6-9% and with the discount we average 12+ %. We use a note collection firm to handle all the payments, they just send us a check each month for all the payments. They do all of the accounting, notices, tax documents, verifying insurance and property taxes are paid, all for $12 per month per account. Out of more than 100 loans over the years, we have only had to foreclose on a couple Only lost money on one.
Yes it takes a long time to build up the funds to do multiple deals but then it starts to domino. Get rich quick usually is more like go broke quick.

Not to mention that you truck have way more chances you be involved in crash ( even if it not your fault) and you will loose even more

Trucks will leave you broke. They lose value faster than 3 day old sushi. Real estate is the smarter investment.

Hardly, but I didnt say either is smart. I have profited, not gross more in a week than a real estate property will in a year. I dont feel either is smart. But I do both.
