I have been wanting a "FLIP Video" camcorder for several weeks now. As big as a pack of cigaretts and takes excellent video.
Anyway, I stopped at the TA in Hillsdale WY last night, and the 2MB/60 minute Flip Elite was on sale for $112. I used my TA points, but when I got to the cash register, the camera was rung up at $39.99 (tax included). So, I bought 5 of these cameras (threw in $90 of my own money) I have 3 of them up on EBay.
The lady at the TA agreed that the price rung-up must be a mistake, but since the manager wasn't there to straighten it out, she had to sell the cameras to me at the lower price. Not like I "took advantage" of the situation, though, ya think?
LOL

Actually a couple of things here. Since the original packaging does not mention what "UNIT" I purchased, I relied on someone to look up info on the Flip Videos I bought.
As it turns out, they are the "F-160 1GB" Model, not the 2GB Elite I thought they were.
Secondly, I discovered (when I bought 5 more in Council Bluffs IA) that TA had NOT sold any of these units and Corporate told ALL stores to lower the price to $35 and "sell them".
