Flood lights t800

First of all new guy here been looking on this site for a while!! Tonight when I shut off my t800 it’s a 2002 the flood light idiot light overhead was on I don’t even have the rear flood lights on this truck so I just took out the fuse in the fuse box for the light is there anything I should be worried about doing this?
