Well fellers. Yesterday at the rock quarry , hauling a load of rocks down. Got a little to close the edge of the road apparently and i flopped her over into the ditch. Called out on the radio for help and the boys at the quarry came to my rescue... sure was a wild ride. I didnt have a scratch on me. Little sore today in various parts of the body after being thrown around, but nothing to crazy...

Highway patrol came out with DOT as well. Dot guy told me if any of those rocks came off the trailer im gonna cite you for an unsecured load.... So he walks underneath the load while its upside down and checks each of the pallets. Not one of those dang things came off my trailer... the tow company had to cut all my chains off to pull my trailer back up on to the road... highway patrol said it wasnt my fault since the road gave way and dot said same thing and gave me clean level 3 inspection..

Waiting to see if insurance is going total the truck and trailer.

I litterally just made my last payment on my truck yesterday and flopped it in the ditch. Im just glad to be here writing about it. Another 100 ft up the road and i wouldve rolled a good 200ft off the side of the mountain.. Only thing that held me up is that big tree you can see in picture number 7.

Not as much damage as i thought . Most of it on the sleeper and plastic fairings... but just depends on if the frame is bent . It was twisted pretty good going over and coming back up

    Sorry to see that @D.Tibbitt.

The most important thing is you made it out mostly unharmed!!! That truck can always be replaced.

    Keep your head up brother!!!

Glad you're OK, and also that you are not in trouble over it.

That is such a narrow road, it would be so easy to slip a tire off the edge.

Can u believe thats a 2 lane road? Lots of places where u have to get on the edge of the road to make the turns. Lots of rain over the weekend, ground was softer than usual
