Florida title issue

    Anyone have an issue with transferring a title from Florida with a lien? I can't get the title paperwork Irp needs .

    Lien has to be paid before anything happens further. That's why they call those Lien. That lien holder must be paid in full in order to "Unlock" The title to proceed forward to the next buyer of vehicle.

    Where possible I never buy anything that is known to have a Lien on it. Never.
