been looking around and would like confirmation as to what codes I need to put in when I go to the CAT house in a couple weeks.

    What should the FTS/FLS be

Also should I heard that 6999 trim codes are a rougher IDLE so if true is it so rough you will have hard time sleeping??? Should I just go with 5232

Mine actually idles and runs better with the 6999 then with the 5232. Very smooth With 5232 I had rough idle and a bad shutter on a pull

My bad on the typing guess I'm thinking faster then I type :biggrin_25512: I like the 6999 better, but to answer your question the best thing to do is just try the code and see which one works best for you

You will not get any CAT shop to change the FLS/FTS numbers for you no matter how much money you try to pay them. These numbers are password protected and can't be changed without CAT recording who got the passwords to do it.

Changing injector trim numbers will create a rougher idle

If they can't do it then who can? I mean there is no warranty on truck or engine so why would they care?

Emission laws... ownership of intellectual property, etc. Lots of reasons I would imagine.
