I've asked some of the Flying J workers and they all have the same story. The restaurants are to change over by October to Denny's and the fuel to change over in the next 60 days. I have seen that Com Data is now being accepted at all Flying J's

Infact, whatever happened to pilots with grandma max's restaurant? I remember back when i started driving in 08 there were a few, but when i came back last fall, i
never saw another one again? are they all gone?
Anyway, i like pepperoni's, except for the flying hooks that make it a total rip off.

Yes, there is a sign at the Winchester, VA Flying J (I 81, Exit 223) as you enter the sit down restuarant that Com Data is now available. -
I hope that the Flying J restuarant staff will be able to hold onto their jobs when they go to Denny's. -
They must have put out a special just for you.
Every time I tried them it was as tasty as eating cardboard. -
The only pilot I know of with a grandma max in it is the one in desmoines, (exit 126)

The merger has been completed. Love's has acquired 6 Flying J's and 20 Pilot's as part of the merger.
