Flying J, Pilot formally announce preliminary merger agreement

I copied this from the web page, read carefully, it is a bit scary when you think in my "gutter above the fold" sense of humor!

"ENHANCED SHOWERS"....does this mean that the lot lizards won't have to bake in the hot sun, or freeze in the rain and cold....they can "MAKE YOUR SHOWER A MORE MEMORABLE MOMENT"!

 

i stopped using pilots after they bought and ruined williams travel centers

that perkins restaraunt sure was nice

Pilot has ruined EVERY truck stop it bought! If there was a restaurant in it, it got changed to some choke and puke fast food!

 

I almost forgot about the Williams Travel Centers...they were nice for sure!

 

Just what we need is more Subway's. Instead of four days a week, I can now eat it five days a week. Woohoooooo! :smt117

 

and then they wonder why more and more drivers eat out of their truck. Thank god for microwaves and crock pots

 

That is a Bosslemans, The bossleman Family still owns the property, the building, They a few years ago signed an aggreement to purchise fuel from Pilot, thus the reason why you see Pilot in thier name.

I like how they say "upgrades to drivers lounges" We all know that Pilot hates a drivers lounge almost as much as they hate a sit down restaraunt. My uprgraded drivers lounge i think they actually mean they are turning them into Subways. Screw Pilot. i hate to see them get their hands on the J's.

 

I'll bet upgraded drivers lounges will mean goodbye TV set and chairs and here come the video games. Don't want that space not to generate a profit!

 

New furniture and 55 inch plasma screens in the lounges according to what was sent out yesterday.
