Anyone ever talked to or worked at FMC? I'm curious as to how the company works and pays. They haul fuel and propane . Pay by percentage, load and stop.. So that seems like quite a bit for a company to pay. The way i understand it is your paid all the above on every load but the recruiter may be leading me on.. So that's why I hoped to talk to someone who runs with them or knows of em. Plus any other good info will be highly helpful!

Also, im kinda of curious how life as a regional fuel hauler is? I worked local hauling fuel but always slept in my bad.. Be it only 4-5 hours some days. I know you have to shower every single day since the jobs so dirty.. But how do you control the fuel/gas/ethanol smell from your dirty cloths for 6 days a week? I guess strongly scented trash bags? That's what im really wanting to know as well.. What kind of challenges so you face as a regional home weekend driver?

I hauled fuel for several years and never found it to be "dirty". Never had a problem with fuel odor on my clothes. One of the better jobs for a driver who wants to be home daily. -
Well, your not home daily here. Your gone up to 6 days from what I gather. Plus, when I hauled fuel.. I got very dirty. My hoses were dirty from being stored in tubes instead of trays.. Some how fuel always managed to find its way onto me. I loved being home every day but the boss and I didn't get a long.. So that's why im looking at FMC.
Still curious if anyone else does or has done regional fuel hauling.
