Can I ask where you sign up for the clearing house....?
All I could find is the fmcsa carrier portal which I signed up for. But I didn’t see a link to the drug clearing house sight...?
Sorry I don’t get out much..... -
MidwestGator and Cat sdp Thank this.

Most have no clue what you're talking about. And don't even visit a truckstop. Ever.
I get my fuel from maverick. The last local company I worked for.Supplied their own fuel in the yard.
Most didn't even know about the his changes till some of us joined this forum.
Typically. The company should say something. But they don't.
Landline and overdrive?
We just come to work and go home. Like any other profession.
Our only news source. The local news.
Not everyone is in tune with the gooberment. -
This is all I get from the clearinghouse site.....
JForce28 Thanks this. -
What would happen if one doesn’t register? I don’t know why they are making one truck owner operators register?
-
I figured it out....seems like I’m signed up

Get fired as the company cannot let you drive until they verify for the annual check. Then no new job as the new company cannot verify.
-
Not necessarily. A company does a limited inquiry with a written release from the driver. If nothing shows on the limited inquiry then they do not have to do a full inquiry. If no full inquiry is required then a driver does not have to register. If a full inquiry is required then a driver does have to register in order to provide an electronic release through the clearinghouse.ZVar Thanks this.
