Interesting that most of these emergency declarations exempts trucks that haul flammable liquids. If there had been a rise in accidents for these haulers everyone would have heard about it.

The emergency declaration has been extended until Feb 15th, gasoline and diesel have been added to the list of commodities, and Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, and Minnesota have been added to the list of states. -
