I dont know about Swift, but from what I can gather from hear say and personal experience, yes it is set in stone. They will send you home to take care of it. You wont talk them into trying again later or the next day. Also, don't try to use the "Im nervous cause of the new job" excuse either......its been beat to death.

I just want to say thank you. Love2shift. Im starting cdl school july 11th and im extremly excited. I actually got a grant to pay for school and pay for my CDL. Swift has already offered me a job along with werner(not a chance) and JB and England. I believe the choice is clear my friend. THANK YOU

I recommend to anyone that you get a grant for your CDL. It keeps you from having to pay back the money to a trucking company and also lets you pick and chose the company you drive for with out a 12 month contract. But thats just my thoughts. I dont know the ends and outs so maybe im wrong

I'm looking at possibly going to the Swift school in San Antonio in the spring. Did anyone else have to pay the $3,900 up front? I've heard a few bad things about Swift, but I think the good outweighs the bad anyways. It's a big chunk of change to dish out for a company school. It is PTDI certified though, so I guess that is a good thing.
