    Costs have doubled since i started, and rates have dropped. hmm, thats helpful...

    Hell we're old hands at this here. In '85 when I started. Fuel was .69 a gal and a cheap rate was $1.25 a mile for a leased on truck.

    Now it's 4.60 a gallon, and .87 a mile to lease on. Oh, and that ever mysterious "Fuel Surcharge" that nevers seems to be enough.
