I'm not sure where to start.

1 out of 200 truckers die every year? Please provide a link to this stat.

I out of 20 truckers injure of kill others every year? Again, please back that up.

Grand jurys are mostly Ex-cops and people? What are the rest?

So one out of 20 kill someone every year. The ones who do everything by the book will spend 5 years in jail. No wonder the jails are all full.

Based on the thread title I was looking forward to a good discussion about the risks out on the road and the importance of always putting safety ahead of haste.
