That's Swift's fault all the way. He was speeding through that construction zone a few hours earlier. Had he been doing the speed limit, he wouldn't have been there to be hit by the mini-van.
At least that's what the lawyers will argue during the lawsuit. -
If Swift wasn’t there the accident wouldn’t have happened.

Swift almost caused another accident by immediately locking down the brakes it appears.

On a serious note, Feel bad for the Swift Driver Because his company will probably put something in his file like- "Involved in a non-avoidable accident"
Which if it was me....Id tell then, "No way, You get that off my File I didn't cause this mess".
Then they'd say "Well,Our policy is to report to our drivers safety dept any and all accidents....
