At 1:05 you can see the Dodge Journey is over the center line. The Swift truck actually maintained its lane.

Ok second opinion it’s definitely not Swift’s fault this time...
I guess there is always the chance of the possible with the impossible.

That's Swift's fault all the way. He was speeding through that construction zone a few hours earlier. Had he been doing the speed limit, he wouldn't have been there to be hit by the mini-van.

At least that's what the lawyers will argue during the lawsuit.

If Swift wasn’t there the accident wouldn’t have happened.
    Verdict Swift’s fault

Swift almost caused another accident by immediately locking down the brakes it appears.

On a serious note, Feel bad for the Swift Driver Because his company will probably put something in his file like- "Involved in a non-avoidable accident"

Which if it was me....Id tell then, "No way, You get that off my File I didn't cause this mess".

Then they'd say "Well,Our policy is to report to our drivers safety dept any and all accidents....

Then they wonder why no-one stays long.
