12-1400 seems to be the smoothest for me.

    Your joking right.
It's Swift not BK, can't have it your way.

Maybe if you get realllly lucky.

    13s, news to me.
    The new Cascadias are Automatics.
Not saying you'll get a new truck even.

Most are 9's, some 10's, and very few 13's. Testing out is almost always on a 9. They make allowance for the fact you're in an unfamiliar truck and the transmission might be a tad sticky. Keep it between 1100 and 1500 in the high range, maybe 900 to 1300 in low range for your shifting and you'll be fine.

no, not all companys are the same. not even close. I have driving for just under 4 years, and am now making almost 70 grand. this is the 2nd company ive been with and its a small outfit. im home every weekend, just had 3 days off over thanksgiving, I drive a nice truck, pull good trailers, I talk to my dispatch on the phone not thru a callqoum. all because I did not fall for the rational that all companys are the same. go out and actually look for a job, not let one come to you, because the ones that you get with no effort are the ones that are all the same.

Sad part is that he or she is not. That is why companies like Swift can do the junk they do.

I don't know whether to feel sorry for the Swift types or feel like they get what they deserve.
