For team driving does this offer seem kind of low?

I have not started driving yet. I probably will go for solo driving. It is incredible how diverse trucking is.

There may be some company paying rookies 49 CPM, but not many. Rookies start somewhere between 35 & lower 40s CPM. I think Prime pays 40-42 CPM, for example. Also, rookies are not usually driving 2500 miles a week until they prove they can meet appointments. EVERY company says their drivers AVERAGE 2500 miles per week. That meens some drivers are doing 3500 and some 1500.

If you're getting 1200 to 1500 per week consistently, that's a good gig. There are higher paying gigs....depends on where you go and how much experience, also of that team company runs coast to coast. Anything past 1200 to 1500 gross, on average, is not super plentiful, solo or team. Wages get embellished alot when it comes to trucking jobs. Recruiters use numbers from their top 5 or 10 percent, drivers tout their best check and say that's what they make weekly.
