Is it even possible to consume 150 mg zinc per day?

My vitamins say 8mg. 53% daily value.

 

You can do it with zinc supplements.

Getting medical advice from a trucker is dubious at best.

 

I haven't even found those yet. Unless that's part of the hoarding bs. I use berry airborne to help keep the cold away.and that's been mia lately.

 

Walmart has them in their stores, but I do not recommend anyone to be using them without asking their doctor first.

 

They're 50mg supplements from Wal-Mart, take 3 to hit it hard, that's usually enough to take care of the worst, you'll feel like your body came back to life in like 30 min. (DON'T EAT IT ON AN EMPTY STOMACH u will regret it.) If you still feel sick-weird or weak, 2 more won't kill you. Then a couple per day afterwards to make sure all the trash gets taken out. Zinc toxicity is nowhere near sub-500mg a day dosage. It might effect iron uptake a little, that's it.

I talked to my kids doc today and she is getting better, also told that the doc has seen people getting sick 21 days after infection.
