I'll second Five Guys, they started here locally in Northern Va. I must say too I've been really pleased with Denny's lately. I loved their Pick 3 with a salad, entree and small dessert.

In-N-Out Burger is the best. Smashburger runs a close second, neck and neck with 5 Guys. Never had a Fuddruckers, that's now on the to-do list. Rockin' Robins has good burgers too. Then of course all the little Ma & Pa places that make a 1 pound burger with all the fixin's on them.

I got out of school in the late 70's and worked at Digital as a software engineer. At lunch time there was 5 of us that headed out, got pretty well stoned then went to a little to go hut that made burgers and fries. They were wrapped in like coated paper and into a paper bag. We would get like 5 cheeseburgers each. By the time we got back to work the grease soaked through the wrapper and paper bag. My eyes were bloodshot and almost closed shut sitting in front of my terminal pigging out and programming. Man, that was a good time!

This bring's up a good point. Some people like hamburgers and some people like cheeseburgers.
But why, oh why, when i go in and order a HAMBURGER, why do they ask me if i want cheese on it?
If i wanted cheese, i would have ordered a cheeseburger.
How hard is that to understand?

    Skate-Board Thanks this.
